Managing Director
Vikram Sharma is the Managing Director of Indian Aerosols Pvt. Ltd., providing strategic leadership across every facet of the organization—including business strategy, finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing, operations, administration, human resources, and corporate governance.
Since assuming leadership, he has focused on building a professionally managed, customer-centric organization driven by innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Under his direction, the company has expanded its industrial aerosol coating portfolio while strengthening manufacturing capabilities, quality systems, supply chain efficiency, and customer service.
Vikram plays an active role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, business development initiatives, key customer relationships, and long-term growth plans. His hands-on leadership ensures that every function of the organization works cohesively toward delivering consistent value to customers, partners, and stakeholders.

We pay tribute to Shri Raj Kumar Sharma, Founder and Chairman, whose extraordinary vision, dedication and leadership established the strong foundation upon which Indian Aerosols Pvt Ltd and the Color-on brand proudly stand today. Having introduced the concept of aerosol touch-up to India in 1987 through Aeroaids Corporation and the Com-Paint brand, his pioneering work shaped an entire industry.
His relentless pursuit of excellence, unwavering integrity and deep commitment to people earned him the respect of employees, customers, partners and the industry alike. While his presence will be deeply missed, his legacy lives on through the values he instilled, the organisation he nurtured and the countless lives he inspired.
